As the rain continues to fall down outside
The feeling of sadness, I can not hide
An emptiness is felt without you here
I miss the sound of your bark ever so dear
Your face that welcomes me every time
The love in your eyes that always shine
Your scent still lingers in the air
Sometimes life can be a little unfair
